The Congress Party on Friday said it is ironical that the BJP is basing its entire strategy of trying to justify a fake encounter on a testimony of a drug peddler-turned-terrorist and asked whether the ruling party at the Centre stands for extra judicial killings in order to satiate their bloodlust.
