(AP) — Prosecutors say attorneys defending a man charged in the fatal shooting of a Northern Arizona University student cherry-picked statements in arguing for a dismissal of the indictment.

Jones' attorneys say the prosecution's presentation to grand jurors was biased and violated Jones' due process rights.
