German police say 3rd black box recovered from train wreck

BERLIN (AP) — Police in southern Germany say a third black box has been recovered from the wreckage of two trains involved in a fatal head-on crash.

The German news weekly Der Spiegel reported Friday that a train dispatcher tried to reach the train drivers shortly before the crash using an emergency network.
