Carter: Saudi Arabia, UAE to provide special operations forces in Islamic State fight

BRUSSELS, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have committed to providing special operations forces in the fight against the Islamic State in Syria.
