'Adarsh Gram Yojana being ignored' writes Ahmed Patel to Modi

Ahmed Patel, political secretary to All India Congress president Sonia Gandhi has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi complaining that the Gujarat government is ignoring the 'Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna' and the local authorities are not cooperating in development of the Dhumkal group gram panchayat in Narmada district of Gujarat.
