French Foreign Minister to Skip Normandy Quartet Meeting in Munich - Source

A source in the French government said that newly-appointed French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault will not be able to attend the upcoming meeting of the Normandy Quartet format on Ukrainian reconciliation.
