Jazz Fest: Stevie Wonder, Snoop Dog acts canceled by rain

NEW ORLEANS - Thunderstorms forced the cancellation of Saturday's late acts at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, including scheduled appearances by Stevie Wonder, rapper Snoop Dogg, Beck and others.
