Rockets and a car bomb blast - violence mars Turkish May Day

A car bomb Sunday hit the Turkish city of Gaziantep, a major refugee hub near the Syrian border, killing at least one policeman and wounding 13 people, with the country on edge after a succession of militant attacks.
