Lawsuit accusing Maine governor of blackmail is dismissed

PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit accusing Republican Maine Gov. Paul LePage of using blackmail to force a charter school operator to rescind a job offer to a political foe.
