Video: Tim Lincecum pitches MLB showcase

SCOTTSDALE — Tim Lincecum’s long-awaited pitching showcase took place Friday with 35 to 40 major league scouts in attendance.

Wearing green shorts and a black T-shirt, Lincecum took the mound at Scottsdale Stadium shortly after 2:30 p.m. He threw 20 pitches before taking a short break to mimick a change of innings and returning to the mound for a second round.
