Annual Motor City Makeover starts in 2 Detroit neighborhoods

Efforts include trash and debris removal, boarding up some vacant houses and flower planting.

People are encouraged to clean areas around their homes, businesses, churches and schools on the Saturdays designated for their neighborhoods.
