Spared death in derailment, West Virginia man gets new home

Morris Bounds Sr. was inside his home alone next to the tracks near Mount Carbon when a CSX train derailed in February 2015 and sent a fireball into the sky.

Federal investigators determined a broken rail caused the derailment and that a crack in the rail wasn't caught in previous inspections.
