New book details archaeology at NY's Saratoga Battlefield

STILLWATER, N.Y. (AP) — A new book has been written on the archaeology conducted over the years at the site of the Revolutionary War's Battles of Saratoga.

Griswold and Linebaugh focus on battlefield archaeology at Saratoga and the contributions of archaeologists who have conducted excavations in key areas of the battleground, located in the town of Stillwater.
