Showers in Bay Area predicted to end by Mother’s Day
The Bay Area will continue to see rainy conditions throughout Saturday before the weather turns dry for Mother’s Day, forecasters said.
The scattered, light rain showers in the region are predicted to last until Saturday evening, said Roger Gass, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Monterey.
On Friday, areas in the South Bay, including San Jose, received just above a tenth of an inch of precipitation, while San Francisco recorded 0.08 inches of rain, he said.
