A 30-year-old man, who has two children, ran away with a 13-year-old girl, who stayed in the same locality, on Saturday.The FIR lodged by the girl's parents on Saturday stated that Ramdeo Bhuiyan was stalking the girl for some time and forced her into the relationship.
