A bitter U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton blamed President Obama’s “failed policy” in Iraq and ISIS killers for the death of his “closest friend” in the Iraqi army. “One of the most tragic parts of Lt. Col. Ehab’s death is that it came fighting some of the same battles that we fought eight or 10 years ago, because we left Iraq without a strategy to ensure the peace,” Moulton said.
