SF motorcyclist, 52, dies in SF Mission District crash

The 52-year-old man, identified by the San Francisco medical examiner as Leon Hall, of San Francisco, was riding west on 16th Street near Harrison Street on Friday night when the mini van, driving in the opposite direction, made a left turn in front of him, and the two collided. The driver of the mini van, a 47-year-old man, stayed at the scene cooperated with investigators. Kimberly Veklerov is a San Francisco Chronicle staff writer.
