Appellate court scraps DOJ's $1.3B penalty against Bank of America for financial crisis
NEW YORK, May 23 (UPI) -- An appeals court dealt a blow to the government Monday in its effort to punish banks for the financial crisis by scrapping a penalty against Bank of America.
