Putin Calls for End to Attacks on East Ukraine Settlements by Kiev Forces

Russian President Vladimir Putin called for the immediate end to attacks on settlements in southeastern Ukraine by the Ukrainian armed forces, the Kremlin’s press service said Tuesday.
