Former Fort Bliss soldier's manslaughter trial continues

Defense lawyers continued questioning El Paso police officers about their actions before a former Fort Bliss soldier, who is on trial for intoxicated manslaughter, allegedly drove through traffic barriers and killed two highway workers in 2014.
