– The veteran movie star has since then been receiving treatment at an Orthopedic hospital in Enugu

It could be recalled that on Friday, December 11, 2015, veteran Nollywood actor Harry B Anyanwu was brutally attacked by hoodlums and escaped death while on his way back from a movie set in Enugu state.

On that faithful day, Harry Anyanwu had alighted from his car to jubilate with some devious young men who mounted a road block to act as if they were celebrating the actor just to accomplish their evil mission without knowing their intention.

Harry got closer to the young men, jubilated with them and gave them some money before he decided to go back into his car only for him to be attacked by the young men who dragged him back, inflicted injuries on him as they attempted to chop off his right leg with an axe.

After spending several months at the orthopedic hospital in Enugu, Harry on Tuesday, May 24, took to his Instagram handle to thank his fans for their prayers, love and support as he returns to movie location. He posted a picture of him on wheel chair with his leg banged saying: “Finally, am back on set like I never left. Thanks to all my noble fans and friends who showed me unprecedented love and support through my ordeal. To God be the glory. One love Naija.”
