EU to Abstain From Issuing Diplomatic Note on Polish Constitutional Crisis

European Commission Chief spokesperson said that First Vice-President of the European Commission Frans Timmermans will not use his mandate to issue a diplomatic note concerning the constitutional crisis in Poland.
