Lewandowski: Trump Paid ‘Lowest Tax Rate Possible’

Donald Trump's campaign manager said Tuesday that the businessman and presumptive Republican nominee has paid the lowest tax rate he was able, aggressively taking deductions in order to pump the tax savings back into his business.
