Foreign Investors Buy Over 70% of Russian Eurobonds - Finance Minster

Foreign investors showed high interest in Russian Eurobonds and despite unofficial pressure bought over 70 percent of Russia's first sovereign debt offering since the Ukraine crisis broke out in 2014, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Tuesday.
