Espino, Ramsey lead Syracuse to 6-1 win over Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) -- Paolo Espino tossed a seven-hit complete game and Caleb Ramsey had three hits and four RBI, as the Syracuse Chiefs topped the Rochester Red Wings 6-1 in the second game of a doubleheader on Thursday.
