Yulia Stepanova, Russian doping whistleblower, cleared to compete as neutral athlete

Russian whistleblower Yulia Stepanova was cleared by track and field's world governing body on Friday to compete as a neutral athlete in the European championships and the Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
