The 26-year-old Pato joined The Blues on loan from Corinthians in January, scoring a penalty on his debut in a 4-0 victory at Aston Villa in April.
He made his only start for the Blues in a 1-0 defeat at Swansea a week later.
Falcao returns to Monaco at the end of his loan while Amelia, who signed as cover for Thibaut Courtois but did not feature, becomes a free agent.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have agreed a £33million transfer fee with Marseille for Michy Batshuayi.
According to the report, Batshuayi’s representatives have already outlined a five-year contract with Chelsea and his move will be ratified once he has undertaken a medical and gone over finer details.
Should Chelsea complete his signing, Marseille will pay Batshuayi’s former team Standard Liege £11.5m as part of their 35% sell-on agreement.

Marseille had to raise £21m by July 5 to pay of French football finance regulator DNCG for Batshuayi’s service. The 22-year-old scored 21 goals last season and was on the score sheet in his country’s 4-0 win over Hungary on Sunday, when he came off the bench to replace Romelu Lukaku.
