Police: Officers shoot, kill man armed with gun in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — An armed man was fatally shot by police responding to a report of a man with a gun at an apartment complex, a police spokeswoman said.

Multiple shots were fired Thursday night during a confrontation on a lawn between two officers and a 25-year-old armed man matching the suspect's description, according to Columbus police.
