Texas court hears appeal of 'American Sniper' slayer

Eddie Ray Routh was sentenced to prison without parole. His attorney argued before the 11th Court of Appeals that Routh did not know his conduct was wrong when he shot Navy SEAL Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield.
