Army Corps to reduce flow from Florida lake fueling algae blooms

STUART, Fla., July 1 (UPI) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced plans to reduce the flow of water from Lake Okeechobee in an effort to stem the tide of blue-green algae.
