Germany Reiterates Importance of OSCE in ‘Times of Uncertainty’

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and its instruments are much needed in current times of uncertainty, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said at the OSCE PA plenary session on Friday.
