Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze I was installed as the king of Ubulu-Uku in February this year, shortly after the death of his father, Obi Akaeze Edward Ofulue III who was kidnapped and subsequently killed by unknown gunmen.

According to latest information provided by Mr. Patrick Ukah, the сommissioner for information, to reporters during a meeting in Asaba on Wednesday, the state executive council made its choise and until now there’s no petitions or objections to the approvement of the appointment.
