Court: Teenager Can Face Manslaughter Charge for Texts Urging Boyfriend to Kill Himself

The highest court in Massachusetts ruled that a teenage girl should face manslaughter charges over the 2014 death of her boyfriend who killed himself after she sent numerous text messages strongly urging him to take his life.
