Career Coach: It's summer, and business casual is turning into business whatever

I just came back from a conference where, in addition to listening to professional colleagues talk about what they learned from various sessions, I also heard quite a bit about what they thought about attendees' "business casual attire."

Suffice it to say, the garb was not all that professional.
