UConn to host researchers at hate crimes conference

(AP) — Researchers from several countries are participating in a conference this week at the University of Connecticut on understanding hate crimes.

Participants will include a specialist in the exercise of free speech from Geneva and a specialist in hate crime and restorative justice from the University of Sussex.
