RJD forms fact-finding committee on Jharkhand judicial custody

RJD Jharkhand president Gautam Sagar Rana on Sunday formed a fact-finding committee to find out details of the torture given to Rupesh Swasi, a 20-year-old tribal who was suspected to be an aide of the Maoists, before his death in custody on Friday.
