Outrage as Randwick's 'Tree of Knowledge' fig gets surprise chop

Arborists started cutting down a beloved moreton bay fig tree in Randwick, known locally as the "Tree of Knowledge", for construction of Sydney's eastern suburbs light rail line on Sunday night.
