Bavarian Police Believe Afghan Youth Contacted Munich Shooter Before Attack

On Sunday, officials in Bavaria arrested a 16-year-old Afghan youth who had been in contact with the Munich shooter two days after the latter killed nine people. Officials are also claiming that the youth met with the shooter prior to the attack.
