Victim's boyfriend among 2 ex-cops charged in fatal beating

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Detectives say one of the two former Temple University police officers charged in the slaying of a woman in Philadelphia was the victim's boyfriend.

Robinson faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated assault and related offenses.
