Patient plans to sue Andrew Churchyard's estate over sexual misconduct

A former patient of a deceased doctor accused of sexually assaulting patients is planning to sue his estate for compensation, and is looking into a claim against Cabrini Hospital and Australia's health practitioner watchdog, too.
