Standards commissioner acknowledges concerns over Andrew Barr's Dexar Group endorsement

Standards Commissioner Ken Crispin has cleared Chief Minister Andrew Barr of breaching the parliamentary code of conduct, but acknowledged serious concerns about his video endorsement of the Dexar Group.
