Pfizer beats Street 2Q forecasts

NEW YORK (AP) — Pfizer Inc. (PFE) on Tuesday reported second-quarter net income of $2.02 billion.

Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 64 cents per share.

Pfizer expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.38 to $2.48 per share, with revenue in the range of $51 billion to $53 billion.
