Erdogan Threatens to Scrap EU Refugee Deal if Visa Liberalization Fails

Turkey will not comply with the migrant action plan agreed on with Brussels if the bloc resists liberalizing its visa regime with the country, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Tuesday.
