Ruling Not to Ban Entire Russian Team From Rio Based on Justice - IOC President

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) decision to allow a part of Russian national team to fight for Olympic medals in Rio de Janeiro was just and independent from politics, IOC President Thomas Bach said.
