Judge grants injunction to state in school choice battle

CROYDON, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire judge has ruled against the Croydon School Board in a dispute with state officials over whether the board can use public money to pay private school tuition for four students.

The state's lawyer says the students can still attend the Newport Montessori School, but paying private school tuition with public funds is a matter for lawmakers to consider.
