2 Iowa men drown in the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri

The patrol says one of the men suffered from an unspecified medical condition Monday morning after swimming out to recover a pontoon boat that had come adrift from a dock on the Big Niangua Arm of the lake.

The patrol says the other man then swim out to help, and both swimmers went underwater.
