Serrano's sacrifice fly leads Yucatan over Cd. Carmen in 10 innings

CIUDAD DEL CARMEN, Mexico (AP) -- Ricardo Serrano hit a sacrifice fly in the top of the 10th inning to lead the Leones de Yucatan to a 2-1 win over the Delfines de Ciudad del Carmen on Monday.
