Nebraska Brand Committee director resigns in wake of scathing audit

NORTH PLATTE -- The executive director of the Nebraska Brand Committee, which oversees cattle ownership in much of the state, resigned Monday but will continue to work for the organization as its director of field operations and chief investigator.
