'What a nightmare': Some 250 flights cancelled as Delta recovers from system outage

Delta Air Lines says nearly 250 flights will be cancelled this morning and roughly 200 will be delayed as it recovers from a power outage that began on Monday and knocked out its computer systems and operations worldwide.
