Jim Justice campaign unveils tourism plans if elected

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Democratic gubernatorial nominee Jim Justice wants to make West Virginia a tourism mecca with plans to lure major horse racing and golf events to the state and establish theme parks and a gun shooting range.
